    Defending Your Rights: FAQs
    • Can I represent myself in court?
While you have the right to represent yourself, it is not advisable. Criminal defense is complex and having a skilled attorney increases your chances of a favorable outcome. An experienced defense attorney understands the legal system, can negotiate on your behalf, and will work to protect your rights.
    • When should I contact a defense attorney?
Contact a defense attorney as soon as you are aware of an investigation or charges against you. The earlier an attorney is involved, the better they can prepare your defense. Early involvement also helps protect your rights during investigations and hearings.
    • How can I schedule a consultation?
To schedule a consultation, you can call us directly or fill out the contact form on our website. We provide consultations to discuss the details of your case and outline potential defense strategies. Our team is here to offer guidance and answer your questions.
    • What are my rights if I am arrested?
If you are arrested, you have the right to remain silent and the right to an attorney. It is important to clearly state your desire for legal counsel and to refrain from answering questions without an attorney present. These rights are designed to protect you during legal proceedings.
